Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces that are generally the same size. Bring a large pot of water to a simmer and add the potatoes. Remove each steak to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Cook Steak-umm® Chicken Breast Sandwich Steaks as directed on package.

- Cut your chicken fillet like this.
- Add salt.
- Black pepper and white pepper.
- Add barbecue sauce.
- Red chilli flakes.
- Add soya sauce.
- Mix it well.
- Add garlic paste.
- Cove it and marinate chicken for 20 minutes.
- Add butter in lining fry pan.
- Fry it from both sides.
- Tadaa ready.
