How to Make Perfect Chicken Steak

  4. You need slices of Mushroom.
  5. You need of Butter.
  6. Prepare of Garlic.
  7. You need of Parsley.
  8. It's of All purpose Flour.
  9. Prepare of All purpose Cream.
  10. It's of Parsley.

Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces that are generally the same size. Bring a large pot of water to a simmer and add the potatoes. Remove each steak to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Cook Steak-umm® Chicken Breast Sandwich Steaks as directed on package.

  1. Flattened the chicken breast fillet and season with salt and pepper. Set aside..

  3. Saute the mushrooms then add the small pieces of minced garlic. Set aside..
  4. Dredged the flattened chicken breasts with flour and pan fry..
  5. Add the cooked mushroom and garlic to the pan.
  6. Pour chicken broth into the pan and let is simmer..
  7. After 2 mins, add the cream to thicken sauce. Let it simmer again for another 2 mins..
  8. Add the chopped parsley to add aroma. Let it simmer for a minute..

Cut in strips and set aside. In same skillet, cook onion and peppers until just tender. Combine Steak-umm® steaks and vegetables, and spoon into rolls lined with spinach leaves. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and peppers and season with salt and pepper.
