Recipe: Delicious Chicken steak

Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Chicken steak. Stir together the baking powder, baking soda, pepper, and salt in a separate shallow bowl; stir in the buttermilk, egg, Tabasco Sauce, and garlic.   1. It's 1 of chicken breast.
  2. It's 1 of egg.
  3. Prepare 2 tsp of flour.
  4. You need 1 tsp of black pepper.
  5. You need 1 tsp of Chopped coriander leaves.
  6. You need 4 to 6 tsp of Oil.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Paprika powder.
  8. It's 1 tsp of Italian seasoning.

Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces that are generally the same size. Bring a large pot of water to a simmer and add the potatoes. Remove each steak to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Cook Steak-umm® Chicken Breast Sandwich Steaks as directed on package.

  1. Make a slit in chicken breast. Find a butterfly cut. Flatten this with the help of a hammer.
  2. In flour. Add salt. Paprika. Italian seasoning and black pepper.
  3. Break egg. Add little bit salt. Add coriander leaves.
  4. Now coat breast first in flour then in egg. Repeat this process.
  5. Now pan fry from both sides.

Cut in strips and set aside. In same skillet, cook onion and peppers until just tender. Combine Steak-umm® steaks and vegetables, and spoon into rolls lined with spinach leaves. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and peppers and season with salt and pepper.
