- Make a slit in chicken breast. Find a butterfly cut. Flatten this with the help of a hammer.
- In flour. Add salt. Paprika. Italian seasoning and black pepper.
- Break egg. Add little bit salt. Add coriander leaves.
- Now coat breast first in flour then in egg. Repeat this process.
- Now pan fry from both sides.
Cut in strips and set aside. In same skillet, cook onion and peppers until just tender. Combine Steak-umm® steaks and vegetables, and spoon into rolls lined with spinach leaves. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and peppers and season with salt and pepper.
