- It's 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of Urrad dal.
- You need 1 tsp of Channa dal.

- Prepare 0.25 tsp of Hing.
- Prepare 4 tsp of jaggery or more based on the sweetness.
- You need 0.5 tsp of salt.
- It's 4 tsp of coconut grated.
- You need 2 tsp of Rasam powder.
- It's 0.5 tsp of turmeric powder.

Ripe mangoes are been cooked in its own juice, which makes the curry so special. But I made it with normal sweet mangoes because, I couldn't get nattu manga here in US.
