The rich brown color comes from toasted flour and carmelized plump mushrooms. The flavor of Brown Mushroom Gravy make it perfect for mashed potatoes, and meatloaf, steaks or turkey. Most flours work here, including spelt, white, or whole wheat. For gluten free gravy, try sorghum or rice flour. Or for keto gravy, coconut flour is also fine to use.
