- Sliced chicken breast to stripes ,crush garlic,chop chinese broccoli use only soft part,seperate wide rice noodles as it come in bunch.
- This recipe best to use the wok,but non stick pan work well too ,so heat the wok on medium ,fry garlic and chicken until no longer pink,seasoning with salt and pepper ,change to high heat to char chicken until get the good smell.
