  5. When oil is nice and hot put steak in pot and fry 4 minutes flip fry until other side is golden brown.
  6. For gravy keep about 2 tablespoons of drippings and add 2 tablespoons of flour cook for a min or 2 then add a cup and a half if milk cook til nice and thicken remove from heat.
  7. Drain potatoes when fork tender.
  8. Add butter and mash them.
