Time depends on thickness and your flame.. practice and take notes of your timing. 2 inch usually 3 minutes each side gets you medium rare. 2 inch 5 minutes each side will be medium well. 2 inch 7minutes each side well done..
- Take off from your pan. Put on your plate cover it with bowl let it rest for 5 or 10 minutes....
- Notes: For side you can use french fries and mixed veggies onion corn broccoli or use extra sauce mushroom sauce or simple buy steak sauce 😆.
