Pancakes with strawberry drizzle. Pancakes with Strawberry Sauce are a tasty breakfast food made with my go-to simple pancake recipe topped with a sauce made from fresh strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, water and cornstarch. Weekend breakfast is a must for the whole family. Recipe isn't clear so here's the clarification: Chop all of the strawberries.

The pancakes themselves alone were tasty. Made with chopped up strawberries and brown sugar in the pancake batter. Then I figured why not go all out and add a lovely glaze to these as well. Syrup on fruit just doesn't work for me. So a glaze of course was the only thing to do.
